Any customer may request to have their account suspended at any time with or without giving cause.
Accounts suspended for any reason will never be contacted with marketing information by any method. They may, however, be contacted for transactional reasons such as payouts.

Youwager does not sell or purchase lists or cold call people who have never signed up for the service. Upon sign-up customers are called by their personal account representatives to verify their phone number. At this, or any other point, players can opt out of future marketing calls by contacting Youwager’s support team.
Certain promotions may only be available to customers who have not opted out of phone contact.
Youwager does not knowingly accept clients who are underage. Underage client’s PII will be deleted from Youwager’s database.
